Ahmed Rivera-Campos, Ph.D.
Ahmed Rivera Campos, Ph.D., is a Spanish-English bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist and assistant professor at the Davies School of Communication Sciences and Disorders in the Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences at TCU. He obtained his Master’s in Speech Language Pathology in Puerto Rico (Universidad del Turabo) before pursuing a doctoral degree in Communication Disorders at the University of Cincinnati. His research, clinical and teaching interests focus on the use of biofeedback technologies such as ultrasound imaging for studying the articulatory requirements of sounds as well as assessment and amelioration of speech errors.
In the Davies School of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Dr. Rivera Campos teaches Phonetics, Speech & Hearing Science, and Evidence-Based Practice in the area of Communication Disorders.
